I asked someone at the bank about this because I am confused as to why some people roasts in my supermarket are marked "on oven roasted" and some roast "pot".

The difference is that a roast for the oven, is generally a better cut of beef and tender after the oven. A cut of meat is less expensive to use, preferably in a clay pot or roasting (on top of the stove slowly).

Roast Eye of Round

Roasting is a spicy blend of soy sauce, tomato paste and vinegar marinade.

INGREDIENTS:

An eye for roast, about 4 kg
1 clove garlic, halved
4 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
1 / 2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
1 teaspoon paprika
1 / 4 c. Tea garlic powder
1 cup soy sauce
3 / 4 cup vinegar

PREPARATION:
